Background: Placenta accreta spectrum (PAS) is a clinical term used to describe the abnormal trophoblast invasion into myometrium of uterine wall and may enter serosa or even adjacent organs. It associated with severe obstetric haemorrhage often requires emergency hysterectomy, which one foremost causes maternal morbidity mortality. The vast these conditions are seen in women history previous caesarean section placenta previa. Cases: In this study we present two cases rare type PAS, percreta, (CS). Both instances were diagnosed prenatally, using method ultrasound magnetic resonance imaging. They scheduled for deliveries by CS, both hysterectomized. These diagnoses confirmed histopathological findings. Conclusion: Considering sparse published data absence well conducted studies, optimal management still undefined. Caesarean hysterectomy gold standard treatment proposed many societies as an absolute final treatment.
